Seminar New Business Owners Won’t Want to Miss!

If you’re a new business owner or have started a new business venture this year, join The South Texas Business Lawyers from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 16 for a free virtual seminar with important information you need to know.

Hosting “The New Business’s Legal Checkup” is MSD Law, PLLC’s founding attorney, Matt Duke. Virtual attendees, who should register for the event, can expect Matt to delve into the legal decisions and risks business owners make with respect to their purpose (“why”), their values and principles (“how”), and their business strategies and operations (“what”).

Each of these factors can have a significant impact on a new company, and Matt’s complimentary virtual discussion should serve as food for thought for new and experienced business owners alike. He will also discuss items to consider with respect to the eight pillars of operation for high-performance organizations and their legal risks.
